제주특별자치도는 지역 산업생태계 확충의 중요한 기반을 마련하기 위해 총사업비 303억 5,000만 원(국비 160억ㆍ지방비 143.5억)을 투입한 '공공임대형 제주지식산업센터'가 준공됐다고 19일 밝혔다.

제주시 아라1동 별빛누리공원 입구 8,812㎡ 부지에 지하 1층ㆍ지상 4층 규모로 총 연면적 8,467㎡의 현대적 시설을 갖추고 있다.

입주 공간은 ▲ 소형(20평) 26개소 ▲ 중형(30평) 3개소 ▲ 대형(50평) 8개소로 구성돼 다양한 규모의 총 37개 기업이 입주할 수 있다.
