제주특별자치도가 전국 최초로 노인 고용 사업체에 월 최대 100만 원을 지원하는 '노인고용촉진장려금' 운영이 어르신들의 건강한 일자리 창출로 빛을 발산하고 있다.

'노인고용촉진장려금'은 65세 이상 어르신의 안정적 일자리 제공과 사업체 지원을 위해 2007년부터 추진하고 있는 자체 사업이다.
